also people trying to make donating to ao3 about the writers and supporting the writers… who is getting paid from that? no one! no one is getting paid! ao3 writers do this shit for free and if ao3 shut down they’d just move elsewhere. all that money is going to servers and lining the admins’ pockets. no writer is relying on ao3 to pay the bills. if you actually wanna support writers, send messages to your faves and donate to them directly lmfao
