I feel like a big thing is people being like “psychotic people are not violent!” And that’s true! I agree with it. But also, you are not a bad person for being aggressive during an episode. For having rage or irritability during episodes. Obviously you should apologize and still be responsible for your actions even during psychotic episodes. But. You are not a bad psychotic person just for having aggression.
